About Us
We understand what it takes to be an Executive. We have both worked in large organisations, started small businesses and combined, have more than 55 years’ experience in consulting environments. It is our understanding of what it takes to make a business successful and our insight into the interrelatedness of the success of the executive and the success of the company, that made us decide to start C-Suite Sherpa. We partner with Executives in understanding and overcoming these challenges, from both an individual and an organisational perspective.

Wea’s background in working for a government entity in the UK, starting up a consulting firm for a big corporate in South Africa and then successfully running her own assessment consultancy for the last 14 years gives her a unique vantage point to understand the perspective of the Executive, as well as the organisation. Her passion is helping Executives to celebrate and harness their strengths and to overcome the individual and organisational issues that prevent greater success.
